Paul was a God send. I started the process of trying to sell my house back in November 2023 with Paul. Without getting into too much personal details, I needed someone who could guide me through an eviction of my tenant (ex boyfriend who refused to leave the property and not pay rent). I needed to sell my house and had way to much trauma and history with my ex. He was able to speak to be my agent and take on the communication with my tenant on my behalf. This took away a lot of the emotional stress and drama of a very messy situation. He was able to recommend other professional trades (such as a lawyer, painter, flooring, junk removal guy, etc). He helped to save me a lot of time and money throughout the entire process. The eviction part took the longest (4-5 months due to the court system). But once we got possession of the property, I had an offer after only 2 days of being on the market. Selling the property took a lot of financial stress off of me so that I can now put my past behind me and look forward to my future. I cannot express my gratitude enough for all the work he put into helping me get my property sold. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.
